Ejeren af Ungdomshuset i København, Human A/S, må efter alt at dømme trettendoble sit underskud for 2005.
Det er konsekvensen af et brev fra Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen til Human A/S. Morgenavisen dato har fået aktindsigt i brevet.
"Selskabets nuværende anvendte regnskabspraksis for selskabets ejendom er ikke i overensstemmelse med årsregnskabsloven."
Sådan hedder det i et tre sider langt brev fra Erhvervs- og Selskabsstyrelsen til firmaet Human A/S, som frikirken Faderhuset står bag. Frikirkens selskab skal enten lave regnskabet om eller modtage tvangsbøder. Senest fredag skal Human A/S have sendt et nyt regnskab til styrelsen.
Ændringen i regnskabet vil trettendoble selskabets underskud for 2005 fra 56.000 kroner til 756.000, oplyser Connie Søborg Hansen fra revisorfirmaet BDO Scanrevision til morgenavisen dato.
Irettesættelsen bidrager til billedet af en vaklende økonomi i Human A/S. Men selskabet er stadig levedygtigt, vurderer Connie Søborg Hansen.
Human A/S har dog en akilleshæl på 1,8 millioner, som de har krævet i leje fra Ungdomshusets nuværende brugere. Det krav har landsretten afvist.
- De 1,8 millioner er et problem. Hvis de skal skrive dem ud af regnskabet, har firmaet en negativ egenkapital, siger Connie Søborg Hansen til dato.
Hun påpeger, at Human A/S, kan opskrive værdien af Ungdomshuset, som er 3,5 millioner værd.
En fond tilbød for nylig at købe huset for ti millioner. Men det afslog Faderhuset. Lederen Ruth Evensen har tidligere fastslået over dato, at økonomien i Human A/S er, som den skal være. Hun ønsker ikke at udtale sig til denne artikel.
